Early Years Leadership

From when children start in Nursery and Reception we are encouraging and developing them to become independent leaders in the future.

This begins with children developing their personal independence skills, learning to make choices and problem solve to then learning how to work together collaboratively and take responsibility for keeping their environment tidy and organised.
